The Summers County Republican Executive Committee normally meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month. Due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the November and December meetings have changed dates.

The November meeting has been moved to THURSDAY, November 19 in the Roosevelt Room in the Summers County Memorial Building, 451 1st Ave, Hinton. Meet and mingle with light refreshments will be at 6pm. Meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm. The meeting is open to all registered Republicans in Summers County.
